I had James come and look at my floor. He was very honest and informative. Instead of just showing up to make a quick sale, he made me feel like a customer and took the time to answer all my questions including how to properly care for wood floors.

Craftsman Floors turned a nightmare into a dream come true. We were referred by our local home improvement store to a company that would be able to come and resurface our wood floors in a day. They did not live up to promises made and left a mess of our floors and home. I called James Christensen at Craftsman Floors. He came to our house a couple of hours later and gave us a very reasonable bid and took the time to discuss the different finishes that could be applied. He rearranged his crew’s schedule and they were at the house the next morning. The crew was in uniforms that identified them as Craftsman Floor employees and company trucks and trailers. The quickly sanded down a large section of the floor and took the time to go through several stain color samples with us. They worked hard all day. They arrived on time the next morning and applied two coats of Magic Oil finish and were done by noon. This finish has been great as we have a big dog and the scratch marks are not showing. The dustless sanding system worked wonderfully. James and his crew were at all times professional and respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Craftsman Floors really came through for us for about the same price and shorter amount of time than the first company took. We are so proud to show everyone our beautiful wood floors. We highly recommend Craftsman Floors.

Craftsman Floors are incredible – I was ready to tear out my 25 years old teak parquet and install a prefinished floor but something kept saying “not a good idea”. I called James and he explained what the different finishes would do for the teak and what he recommended since this is a small area with floor to ceiling windows and lots of light. Everyone that comes in thinks I had a totally new floor installed as the refinish is so great and it’s made my new kitchen just what I wanted.
James and his entire crew are very professional and I would recommend Craftsman Floors to everyone looking for a truly fantastic finish – plus the dustless system really is dustless. Thanks so much to everyone at Craftsman Floors.
